Production
Every Élysée ring is made individually for you. Production takes around 3–4 weeks from receipt of payment.
Shipping
Shipping is free and insured within Germany and the EU via DHL. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Arrival
Your ring is delivered in discreet, neutral packaging – with no visible indication of its contents.

- Production: around 3–4 weeks from receipt of payment (made to order)
- Shipping: typically 1–3 business days within Germany, 2–5 business days within the EU
- Total: please allow around 4–5 weeks from order to delivery

Your ring arrives in an elegant Élysée ring box, packed inside a neutral outer box with no indication of its contents or the sender's industry.

Not sure about the size? Use our ring size guide. Every ring also comes with free resizing. To withdraw from your contract, use our online form on the Cancel Contract page. Once we receive your declaration, we'll send you the return address and the next steps for insured return shipping.
