Élysée stands for the finest craftsmanship, premium precious metals and certified diamonds. In addition to your statutory warranty rights, we offer our voluntary Élysée Warranty.

Lifetime Warranty on Diamonds

A diamond is the hardest mineral on earth – its physical structure and brilliance are built to last forever. We guarantee for life that the diamonds we use retain their authenticity, colour and clarity unchanged.

What the Élysée Warranty Covers

Our warranty applies exclusively to provable material and workmanship defects arising from manufacturing (e.g. structural flaws in the gold/platinum, faulty solder joints, or setting errors caused during production).

  • Manufacturing defects: If an inspection clearly identifies production-related defects, we repair them free of charge.
  • Setting check: If a setting or stone loosens within the first 6 months of receipt without any external cause, we will inspect the ring, giving priority to checking for manufacturing defects.

What Is Not Covered

Jewellery is exposed to everyday wear. The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear, accident, or improper handling. Specifically excluded are:

  • Normal signs of wear: Scratches, natural surface wear, or dents in the metal.
  • Mechanical impact: Deformation or damage caused by pressure, impacts, sports, gardening, catching on objects, or accidental dropping.
  • Loss of stones through wear: When settings are worn down or bent through daily wear, causing stones to lose their hold.
  • Third-party interference: Damage from repairs, resizing, or engravings not carried out by Élysée.
  • Loss & theft: The warranty is not insurance against the loss of the entire piece of jewellery or individual elements.

Resizing & Service

A resizing carried out by Élysée within technically safe limits does not affect your warranty. We accept no liability for adjustments beyond this scope or work carried out by third parties.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Please do not send in jewellery unannounced. Contact our team beforehand by email at support@elysee-diamonds.com with the following information:

  • Order number and name
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the entire piece as well as close-up detail shots

We'll review your request and let you know the next steps as well as the address for insured shipping.
