Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are made of pure carbon in the same crystal structure as mined diamonds. Chemically, physically and optically they are identical – the same hardness, the same shine, the same fire.
What is the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?
The only difference lies in their origin: while natural diamonds form over billions of years within the earth, lab-grown diamonds are cultivated under controlled conditions. This changes nothing about their quality, beauty or durability.
Does every diamond come with a certificate?
Yes, every Élysée diamond is IGI- or GIA-certified – for full transparency on cut, clarity, colour and carat.
Order & Production
Is every ring made to order?
Yes, every Élysée ring is made individually to order – from the choice of precious metal and setting to the stone size.
Can I add an engraving?
Yes, on the product page you can optionally add a personal engraving text (up to 20 characters), which will be engraved on the ring.
How do I choose the metal, stone size and ring size?
Right on each ring's product page, you can individually select the jewellery material, ring size and stone size (carat) before adding the ring to your cart.
How long does production and delivery take?
Since every ring is made individually for you, it usually takes around 3–4 weeks from order to shipment.

How do I find my ring size?
On our "Find Your Ring Size" page, we show you three simple methods for determining your size, along with a conversion table (EU/US/UK).
What happens if the ring size doesn't fit?
No problem – we offer free resizing, with no risk to you.
Is there a warranty on the diamonds?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all our diamonds.
Can I return my ring?
You generally have a 30-day right of return from receipt of your ring. Rings with a personal engraving are excluded – these are considered personalised custom-made items and are legally exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Is shipping free?
Within Germany, we offer free premium shipping – insured and discreetly packaged.
Do you also ship outside Germany?
Yes, we ship throughout the EU.
What payment methods do you offer?
In addition to regular payment methods, we also offer instalment payments via PayPal and Klarna – so you can pay for your ring conveniently in instalments.

No, Élysée Diamonds is a pure online store with no physical location. Instead, our personal consultation is available around the clock – with no fixed business hours.
